A CRM that runs a whole company

CompanyEasy Medical Device
RoleDesign & full-stack development
TypeMulti-business CRM
Year2025 — 2026

One app that brings sales, projects, email, events and an online academy of a multi-business company into a single workspace — each business with its own pipeline, team and permissions.

Try the app yourself

This is a working replica of the real CRM, running on fictional data. The real app is private — nothing you do here is saved.

  • Drag a deal card to another stage
  • Click a deal to open it
  • Use the sidebar to switch screens
  • “Switch Company” shows the three businesses

Pipeline & leads

Kanban deals with drag-and-drop stages, assignees, activity history and a recoverable trash.

Contacts

Searchable contacts with CSV and Excel import and export.

Projects & tasks

Boards with custom stages, tasks, external members and performance views.

Unified inbox

Outlook and Resend email synced into the CRM, with signatures and links to deals.

Events

Registrations, ticket types, claims, payouts, promotions and organizer submissions.

Academy admin

Courses, learners, enrollments, certificates and community in one place.

Analytics

CRM and website (GA4) analytics with filters, per business.

Teams & access

Multi-business workspaces, role-based permissions and notifications.

The idea

Replace scattered spreadsheets, inboxes and separate tools with one system where a lead from an ad, an event ticket or a course enrollment all end up in the right place.

What I built

The full product: database schema, authentication, the UI, the email integrations, webhooks that turn ad-landing-page leads into deals, and a daily job that keeps Outlook subscriptions alive.
